anyone who even considers this offer needs to check to see if it is even a legal transaction in thier state of residency as is the case with the state of wisconsin. also make contact with your internet provider to make them aware of the scams that they are helping to perpetuate. perhaps with enough pressure from the public these con artists can be put out of business.

I also received a postcard in the mail. There is no official website to overview Horizon, and aslo there is no direct number to contact a LIVE representation.
Hey folks...if it's too good to be true than it is!! I just got a postcard in the mail of course I knew darn well it was a fraud it had to be because I am having credit issues as everyone is these days plust there is no phone number to call a live person. So don't fall for it. I know these desperate times call for desperate measures and these scammers are preying on those who are desperate to make ends meet.
