B)Your Personal manager will place a part of your salary into Regular commitments account
C)Rest of money will be transferred to your Think bank Credit card which you can withdraw at ATM or use for shopping etc...

You can use it at any outlet where you see Maestro Logo
Q:What are the fees to apply for Thinkbank account and Maestro credit card?
According to www.thinkbanking.co.uk the fees is one time 25 GBP and then a 12.50 Monthly fees.
